By using Kivotos, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and the developers of Kivotos ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Kivotos, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use Kivotos.

2. Use of Kivotos

Kivotos is provided for your personal, non-commercial use within the Discord platform, subject to these Terms and Discord's own Terms of Service. You agree to use Kivotos only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Automation: You may not use any third-party software, hardware, or tools (including, but not limited to, macros, bots, or scripts) to automate or assist in the use of Kivotos.
• Exploits and Abuse: You may not exploit any bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended features of Kivotos to gain an unfair advantage or cause harm to other users. This includes, but is not limited to, manipulating game mechanics, disrupting server stability, or engaging in any form of cheating.
• Harassment and Abuse: You may not use Kivotos to harass, abuse, bully, or threaten other users.
• Impersonation: You may not impersonate any other user, administrator, or developer of Kivotos.
• Commercial Use: You may not use Kivotos for any commercial purposes without our express written consent.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

Kivotos is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that Kivotos will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Kivotos, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of Kivotos following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
